Program Description

By opting into our SMS text messaging program, you will receive the following types of messages from Modern Edge Agency:

  • Call and meeting reminders and confirmations
  • Project, account, and service updates
  • Responses to inquiries and support requests
  • Billing and account notifications
  • Promotional offers and agency announcements

How to Opt-In

To participate in our SMS program, provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on one of our website or intake forms, text us first, or give us written permission during onboarding. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (347) 919-9560. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

How to Rejoin

To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially by completing one of our forms and checking the SMS opt-in box, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and promotional activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active projects or promotional periods.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging rates.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

This SMS service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to opt into our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable industry standards and regulations, including:
